Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Miraculous Beach. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully below.

1. Return Window We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • It must have all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at branscomdubard5694@hotmail.com.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. (Please contact our customer service via email to obtain the correct return shipping address).

4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and gift cards are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet all eligibility requirements listed in Section 2 (unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase).

8. Refunds Process We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received it, please contact us at branscomdubard5694@hotmail.com.
